Network Information

Universities and Trade Unions bring complementary strengths to the TULIP Network:

  • Trade Unions their strong knowledge of work-based practices and experience of working with employers and employees
  • Universities their expertise/experience in development of flexible accreditation & learning opportunities, and their continuously developing outreach activity

Although both sectors are already collaborating successfully in some regions and member states, TULIP will further develop this volume and quality. The Network includes Trade Unions and Universities with experience of WLLL partnership working and novice partners wishing to develop such cooperation. Experienced partners will aim to diversify and innovate collaboratively, and novice partners will start to explore new cooperative arrangements.
